Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with ActivArmour. We are committed to providing high-quality activewear for both men and women. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product you received is damaged, defective, or broken

  • The product you received is incorrect (wrong item or wrong size than ordered)

  • The product was not delivered despite confirmation

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer

  • Change of mind

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Color or style dissatisfaction

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance


2. Return Request Timeframe

To be eligible for a return or refund, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Requests made after this period will not be accepted.


3. Condition of Returned Items

For a return to be approved:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed

  • All original tags, packaging, and labels must be intact

  • The item must be in its original condition

We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.


4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at:

Include the following details:

  • Order number

  • Clear images or video of the damaged/incorrect item

  • Brief description of the issue

Our support team will review your request and respond within 24–48 business hours.


5. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable


6. Non-Delivered Orders

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 5 days of the delivery confirmation. We will investigate with the courier before approving a refund or replacement.


7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, a refund will be issued and you may place a new order separately.


8. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before processing or dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
